The Preparation and Properties of Lauric Acid/Bentonite/Flake Graphite Composite as Form⁃Stable Phase Change Materials for Thermal Energy Storage

The composite PCM was prepared by vacuum impregnation method. Natural bentonite and lauric acid (LA) were used as supporting material and PCM, respectively. The results show that the addition of flake graphite not only improves the thermal conductivity of the composite phase change material, but also prevents the phase change material from leaking out of the composite phase change. After 200 thermal⁃cold cycling treatment, the prepared form⁃stable composite PCM still shows a good performance of thermal reliability and has potential to be used in the thermal energy storage system.

The Research of Tightness Detection Method of Aluminum Foil Seal Based on Optimized BP Neural Network Algorithm

A high efficiency and high precision testing method for tightness detection method of aluminum foil seal is proposed.First of all, the thermal images of aluminum foil seal are obtained by a thermal imager.Then we use MATLAB software for getting the information of thermal image in batches,and then the image preprocessing. Then BP neural network was optimized by genetic algorithm to extract and classify image features.The experimental results show that this sealing test method has high recognition rate and short training time, which provides a guarantee for automatic screening and elimination of bad sealing products in the subsequent aluminum foil sealing production line.

Optimization and Economic Evaluation of Buried Hot Oil Pipeline's Thermal Insulation Layer

The objective optimization function was set by the summary of the insulation materials' annual sharing cost and the annual heat losing cost after insulation and the calculating model of buried hot oil pipelines' insulation economical thickness was given. The model included the burying depth's influences on around pipelines ambient temperature, the heat transfer coefficient of the outer wall insulation, and the overall heat transfer coefficient. With the help of C# programming language, a computer program was developed to optimize the thickness of insulation layer of buried hot oil pipeline with EXCEL to work out economic evaluation procedures, combining with examples of calculation. The results showed that: The determination of buried hot oil pipeline insulation thickness would have some impact on the economic benefits of the project, and it should take the double requirements into account determining the thickness on both technology and economy. That could provide a theoretical reference to the hot oil transportation construction's optimizing design.

Study on without Natural Gas Start-up Alternatives for Daxie Petrochemical Distillate Project

The natural gas project supported by CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co., Ltd. distillate comprehensive utilization project was not synchronized with the start of the project due to external reasons, and there was a risk of lagging behind the start of the project. Starting with the difficulties faced by the start-up process, this study uses propane purchased from outside, self-produced liquefied gas, DCC-produced propane as an alternative medium for natural gas and raw materials for hydrogen production, and adds vehicle propane as the carburetor and LPG tank area to the hydrogen supply process. In the reforming and wax oil hydrogenation installations, 2×5 t/h and 5 t/h liquid hydrocarbon carburetors were added separately to achieve the start of natural gasfree operation, and optimization suggestions were made for the design of the fuel gas pipeline network for refineries.

Research on the Integrity Detection of Aluminum Foil Sealing Based on Infrared Imaging Technology

A method for detecting the integrity of aluminum foil seals with high detection accuracy and high detection efficiency is proposed.First of all,in order to obtain the infrared image of the sealing part aluminum foil,the method has adopted the infrared imaging technology.Then,the infrared image is preprocessed and the feature is extracted by circular symmetric Gabor wavelet.Lastly,KNN is used to identify and classify the acquired imaging.Experiments show that the circular symmetric Gabor wavelet used by this sealing detection method has higher recognition rate and faster algorithm than the traditional Gabor transform algorithm, and provides technical assurance for the automatic screening and rejection of defective sealing products in the subsequent aluminum foil sealing production line.

On Site Application of Fire Suction Hydraulic Impactor in Tarim Area

With the development of oil and gas exploration and development in depth, the number of deep and ultra deep wells has gradually increased. Meanwhile, the hardness of the drilled formations has subsequently increased, the drilling speed is also greatly reduced. To solve this problem, a fire-suction impactor is developed. By providing the high frequency axial impact force to the drill bit, auxiliary rock breaking is achieved, thus greatly improving the rop. Otherwise, laboratory experiments show that the high frequency axial impact vibration of the fire-suction hydraulic impactor can provide some impact to the drill bit. On site experimental results show that the rate of mechanical drilling speed is increased by 133.0% after using the fire-suction hydraulic impactor. And the drilling time of fire-suction hydraulic impactor reaches 130 h, the downhole working time is 154 h, greatly improving the service life. The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable application of the firesuction hydraulic impactor in the drilling process.

Aluminum Foil Sealing Seal Detection Based on Gabor Transformation and Extreme Learning Machine

        After the research on the distribution characteristic of temperature field for aluminum seal , a kind of inspection method for the sealing based on Gabor transformation and extreme learning machine (ELM) was proposed. The Gabor transformation was conducted on various thermal images ,and the textural features are extracted to train the ELM neural network. Then the training results are used to classify and identify the thermal images, and the sealing of aluminum seal could be judged through the classification features of the thermal images. Compared and analysed with BP neural network which extracts color features,it is found that the algorithm based on Gabor transformation and ELM has the advantages of strong generalization,fast response speed,high precision,etc.

The Study of Space More Freedom Position Control System Based on S7300 PLC

The space more freedom position control system is studied for the simulation experiments which provide experimental device space more freedom need space of X、Y axis roll and pitch motion. The system selects the siemens S7300 PLC as lower computer, the WinCC as upper computer. The control system used the modular programming design thought, timer interrupt for a long timing, PID control of electrohydraulic proportional valve opening to make the simulating platform pitch and roll motion of the fast track come true, and the failure to make the solution in the process of debugging.

The Use of PPD on the Heavy Oil Transportation

When the oilfield development entered the later stage, the throughput of some existed pipelines was lower than the minimum throughput pipeline. The terminalstation the temperature of the oil was lower than the oil condensation point, which could not meet the requirements of pipeline transportation. The appropriate PPD could be chose to reduce oil condensation point, which need not build new heatingstation and effectively cut the transportation costs. Usually experimental method was adopted to select the PPD and determine the injection quantity. The results show that adding the CN16H91 pour point depressant that its mass fraction was 50 μg/g could make the solidifying point of the mixed oil fall from 15.0 ℃ fell to 4.0 ℃, it was lower than the inlet temperature to meet the requirements for pipeline transportation.

The Fault Tree Analysis of Gathering Pipeline Network Failure

The direct cause of gathering pipe network failure was the failure of the pipeline and accessories equipments according to a lot of field investigation .The fault tree was established as the top event of gathering pipeline failure on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of gathering pipeline network failure factors. Considering about the 44 basic events, the descending method was used to analyze the gathering pipeline network failure fault tree, and obtained all 52 minimum cut sets in the system. And the quantitative analysis of the fault tree was carried on. The qualitative analysis was carried on the gathering pipe network and the weakest link was found out in gathering pipe network, which could maintenance the old pipeline network and provide theoretical guidance for the design of the new pipeline network.

Numerical Simulation of Mixed Oil Characteristics in  Sequence Transportation on the Uphill and Downhill

Being aimed at the problem of contaminated oil in batch transportation of the same gasoline and diesel on different density condition during product oil flowing through the downhill and uphill, with the help of VOF model, the numerical calculation of threedimensional flow model was established. The influence of contaminated oil from different sequence,density,pipe range on boundary layer region was researched on the uphill and downhill road. The results showed that for uphill pipeline the length of the mixed oil of forward diesel was longer than forward gasoline,and the mixed oil volume of forward diesel was greater than forward gasoline. For downhill pipeline the length of the mixed oil of forward gasoline was longer than forward diesel and the mixed oil volume was greater than forward diesel. During forward the same gasoline and trailing diesel for different density diesel, the smaller density could help reduce mixed oil volume.

Control System of Water Supply Valve of Waterworks Based on the HMI and PLC

A simple control method of aiming at the control issue of water supply valves in the pipes of waterworks based on the HMI and PLC was represented. Under the circumstances that do not need install the servo mechanism and replace the valve, implementing the remote control of valve utilizing the ordinary AC single-phase motor as the power and designing a kind of detecting mechanism of cylinder number of valve based on the optical switch. It has the characteristics of low cost and high reliability,which has more extended and applied value on the frequently-adjusting valves of waterworks.

Reliability Calculation of the Opening Reinforcement on Information Entropy and Fuzzy Theory

For random uncertainties and fuzzy uncertainty of the pressure vessel opening reinforcement,based on information entropy theory that fuzzy entropy is equal to probability entropy, the relation formula of the random variables equivalent conversion into fuzzy variables in normal distribution was established. It defined the membership function of the shell hole nominal thickness and the reinforcing pad thickness, determined the fuzziness coefficient, deduced the fuzzy reliability calculating formula of the reinforcing pad circle thickness, and illustrated calculation process.

Influence of the Buried Depth to the Soil Temperature -Field Around the Buried Hot Oil Pipeline

Along long transmission pipeline, geology and hydrology is different, the difference of buried pipeline depth is great. The corresponding natural ground temperature and pipelines-temperature field are also different. If the average or equivalent depth is considered only, the pipeline computation will make a very big error. The use of numerical method will consider the fact that the numerical model approaches the actual frozen earth geological condition and the nonlinear characters, which appears especially important. The limited unit method was used to calculate the soil temperature field around the pipelines by three dimensional numerical compute under the different buried depth conditions. The result indicates that the pipeline temperature change is, to some extent, affected by the buried depth, especially in the frozen earth area, the temperature difference between natural soil and pipelines' surroundings is greater.

Portable Elevator Over-Speed Governor Detector

In order to change the traditional method in detecting over-speed governor, in which the structures of measuring tools are complex, the testing accuracy is low, and the workload is heavy. A device with simple structure, easy operation, and high precision was designed. Inspectors need not measure the wheel diameter of over-speed governor, they simply measure the wire rope diameter and the slot depth. In the process of the wheel rotating accelerated, the mechanical device will issue two pulse signals when the speed reaches to electrical speed and mechanical speed. Detecting device calculates the pitch speed in the two moments based on a formula: electrical speed and mechanical speed. So inspectors can determine whether the over-speed governor is qualified based on the two tested figures.
